Fake or Real? Chick With Portable Parking Spot Parking spaces are scarce in most urban locations. But can a DIY sensibility change the rules. Other drivers might fall for it? On the other hand, it is hard to imagine that a local cop could be duped by this makeshift parking spot. Gotta be fake. What's your opinion?
